History

House churches were also established in different parts of Kanyakumari District. Especially in places like Chenbhagaramanpudur, Azhagappapuram, Mangavilai, Pallam, Zionpuram, Soorankudy, Irulappapuram, Indra Nager. After some years some of the house churches in Chenbhagaramanpudur and Azhagappapuram became recognised churches in our district. Azhagappapuram Church got recognised in 14th July,1997. During this period of time different ministers of God came from Tamilnadu and other states to preach the gospel in meetings, youth camps and crusades.

Rev. C. Dhas, the founder and Senior Pastor, along with a host of pastors, elders and gifted administrators have been continuously establishing the Church in the faith, the wholistic teaching of God’s word, discipleship, relentless prayer and worship, equipping people to impact the city with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
On Sunday 2nd April,2000 Blessing AG Church building work was started and foundation stone laid for the glory of Lord by Rev. P. S. Rajamoni. 2001 July half of the building construction work was completed. Then again problems and chaos occurred in the church and stopped the work for four years. Again on 2nd October,2005 the second phase of construction work was started. God had enabled us to built the Church for His glory. In 23rd June,2007 Rev. P. S. Rajamoni dedicated the Church for God’s glory. The ground floor work completely finished on 18th May,2008. The Church was growing in various field. So that the young people were started to reach more new souls and because of this new places like Indra nager, Krishnankovil, Aruguvilai, Pallivillai and other nearby villages were gospelized.
